Goblin slaves are crafted through a series of arcane tattoos, each symbol breaking its victim in a new way. While adventurers consider this to be the most embarrassing fate for a hero, goblins love to make a public show of the process, even taking requests from a jeering crowd.

It's important not to head into dungeons you're not prepared for lest you become yet another mindless monster.

Honestly any of these you could probably convince me to bump up a few tiers if it was done well enough.
