Paolo Aversa Rodolphe Durand Strategic Management Society They "don't exist", yet "they are." Hmm, sounds contradictory. Wouldn't it be more correct to say industries do exist, but emerge as socially constructed (real) entities? (Which I reckon noone would deny).
