Has Dark Star Brewing Co Hophead brewed by whoever always tasted so salty? Read great things about this beer but feel disappointed.

Long time since being on here. Brewed these two a while ago. First is a 7% dark saison - now tasting more like a porter. The second, a 5% session IPA.
