I'm learning to do a personal debrief after my role in caring for trauma pts. Did I cross the line from empathy to anguish? Did I over-invest & am I unscathed bc of it, or have I let this situation that I can't control, seep into my being? Most of all: Am I ok? Is my team ok?

Dirty Thirty RN Every single time I have been at the hospital with children, grandchildren, parents & grandparents the nurses make the whole experience the best it can possibly be. Nurses run the show. The doctors are barely there & rarely seen. I love nurses, you all are amazing ♡
