Just for fun: Travel for the Hays High boys' soccer team so far this season (including Monday's upcoming game at Maize South in state quarterfinals) = Approximately 3,636 miles and 56 hours on the road in 13 trips. Definitely some road warriors.

Hays High Tennis team member Kale Schwien placed 5th at the 5A Regional Tennis Tournament held at Goddard High School. He will complete at the 5A State Tournament in Salina on Friday May 16th.

This is like the Todd Haley, Herm Edwards and Romeo Crennel teams all packaged into one.

Good thing Russell Wilson is bailing out the Chiefs.

One change I would like to see in the college game: Bring back the 5-second guarding rule.

Also, not that anyone cares, but my women’s bracket is much more successful than my mens bracket.

Also, call me old school but please get away from the in-game player and coach interviews.

Can we please put the women’s college basketball game in prime time instead of the afternoon on Sunday?! Not only do they deserve it, but it’s a good product.

Geno might be one of the greatest coaches in women’s basketball history but that was a bad look for him. I appreciate and respect Dawn not backing down.

Also, I’m wondering when I’m going to see Tim Stoecklein again since our son graduated and won’t be playing tennis again. 😂
