I'm about to drop T-Mobile they are full of crap

I appreciate the call from U.S. Bank They really made me feel that they care about me as a costumer and appreciate that..

So T-Mobile had a computer system error which caused 30% of its costumers bank to double charge their accounts ( I was charged twice =625$) For some reason T-Mobile was not honest with me in the day I called to ask about this charge and “advised” me to contact my bank

Because it was my banks error So I did that as T-Mobile “advised” me to so of course my bank assumed it was a fraudulent activity on my account so reversed the charge... 24 days later when it’s time for me to my bill finally Oscar who said he was a costumer service supervisor

Tell me the truth and now my account is over 700$ Now if T-Mobile would have just told me the truth I would have never called my bank this is ridiculous! And before I forget I tried to talk to someone about this matter on Twitter messager

And I asked if someone could call me so I can talk with someone and this is the response T-Mobile gave me

So can someone from T-Mobile pls pls pls tell me what I am supposed to do I’m very tired of my bill being close to 1000$ I just don’t know what to do anymore
