How we use AI at Zumi to ship fast and stay aligned: I built a "context machine" - all company knowledge (meetings, memos, metrics, code, bugs) accessible from one interface (Claude Desktop) via MCP. Your AI is only as good as the context it has access to. How it works (1/5)

I’ve been in a couple of startups that failed due to this. Monoliths -> Horizontal Scale -> distributed systems is the way to grow.

A16z frames AI companions as relationships and argues the key question becomes who owns and controls those relationships: users or platforms The winning architecture gives users custody of memory + identity, and lets value flow back to them. This is how we’ve built tapestry

This job offer by Alexander Torrenegra is borderline pathetic, offering unpaid labor in exchange for equity, from a company that raised 22 million... 😬
