On October 4, ASP initiated a traffic stop on I-49 in Fayetteville. The driver, Dustin Paulman, 23, of Forrest City, fled at a high rate of speed, exiting the interstate, then crashed a short time later. Paulman fled on foot and a passenger was ejected. dps.arkansas.gov/news/forrest-c…
