Got a lil crazy about stuff going on and decided to hit the road. Haven’t been on a real long trip since Covid hit. So I’ll be cruising around CA,AZ,NV,UT,OR next 2 months. Day one and failed mission to get to alpine lake in western sierra.

Keep cruising along western sierra. Feeling relief and quiet happiness just being on the road with no strict plans, meeting old friends, reuniting with myself. Heading to bonneville today then through Salt Lake City going to Moab. Is anyone wants to hang and show me around?

Hey fam. Wanna hear some stories from the Russian Arctic? That expedition was insane, completely fucked up safety, so many adventures and incredible people. 30 days on rusty icebreaker around Frans Josef Land on 86°north

All right… The goal of the expedition was to document existence of Narwhal in Russian waters, which is almost impossible since natural habitat for this beautiful animal is Greenland and Canadian Arctic. So, we’ve had 30 days, dying rusty ship “Mikhail Somov” And just hope.

We supposed to have a nuclear icebreaker but when I googled the name of the vessel we ended up working with I was shocked. It’s famous by getting stuck in Antarctica and USSR just left it there with people on board. So it’s Russian tradition to fuck with people in a hard way.

Russian polar stations are always looking so insane.
