Here, 200 mg (~2.6 mg/kg) of caffeinated chewing gum improved quadriceps strength by 8.3% and 9.2% compared to 100 mg of caffeinated chewing gum and placebo, respectively, but had no effect on hamstring & handgrip strength, vertical jump performance or ball-kicking speed.
