Chief ICC Judge Briggs has handed down judgment in Wilson & Anor v Frost & Anor [2024] EWHC 573 (Ch) in which he allowed an adjournment of an insolvency trial on mental health grounds. I was pleased to successfully represent Mr Frost in the application. bailii.org/ew/cases/EWHC/…
