insulting language, inciting hatred or violence against transgender people, or engaging in harassment or intimidation, or persistently targeting individuals for abuse, then that conduct is NOT protected. So if the person manifests their views in ways

that cross the line into harassment of a named individual, or a defined group of people with a protected characteristic, eg 'hate speech' or incitement, then a service provider can lawfully refuse to provide goods or services to them.

The likes of Linehan, Kellie-Jay Keen and others, who show a history of abusive or harassing expressions, with incited violence and evidence of likely repetition, are easier to exclude. Both have also used mobiles in cafe's etc to promulgate hate and evidenced carryover into

'outside' conduct. They can be excluded without any fear. Suppose in a cafe, if Sarah Phillimore was heard persistently misgendering a trans person known to other customers or staff present who are affected, she should be denied services and ejected from the premises.

The FORSTATER case made it clear they have no free pass to misgender with impunity. Political speech does NOT include persistently targeting an individual because of a protected characteristic. That's not political speech, it's abuse and harassment.
