Club News It is with a heavy heart, that the club has reluctantly accepted the resignation of Gruff Harrison this evening. Since taking charge of the club in 2012, Gruff has overseen nearly 200 wins and two promotions in over 400 games. Here is his message to you all

Cefneithin RFC Spare a thought for relegated Pontyberem - next season for their 8 away games in the league they will clock up 29-44-27-54-34-40-27-40 miles - when they could be playing multiple derbies against teams of similar strength -does anyone think this is good for the game

The Club are delighted to announce that we have secured funding from The National Lottery Community Fund to develop the area adjacent to Cae Carwyn James, which will involve making it a more user friendly and “green” area for members and the wider community to enjoy. Further details to follow.
