We have found tar spot in the lower leaves of our research plots at ACRE (photo 1) and Pinney (photo 2). Upper canopy is still clean. There is still time to scout and make an informed decision if a fungicide is needed. ACRE Purdue

Great visits to on farm trials in NE, SD, MN, and IA this week. A highlight from today was Avodigen Biofungicide/Bionematicide seed treatment in Larrabee, IA. Here’s hoping a few more well spaced rains will help finish off all those extra pods we saw.
