81 years ago today, December 2, 1938, the first Kindertransport arrived in England. The first of ~10,000 unaccompanied child refugees. In this photo (courtesy #USHMM) Frances Rose and Ernst Winter and others arrive in Harwich. We remember.

We are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Gábor Hirsch. The Hungary-born founder and former president of the Swiss Contact Point for Holocaust Survivors died on Thursday in Zurich at the age of 90. Our thoughts are with his family. bit.ly/2Qpxqcb
