I am wading into a sea of impressive #NHS1000miles stats for week 1 of 2024-with a tiny 5 miles to add to the pot🤣Still nursing a frustrating Achilles injury 🦶 + under strict physio instructions not to do more than 2 at a time...I am determined to get better + do it though🏃‍♀️🐢

Another very small step towards my #NHS1000miles this week - only 5.5miles of running - but it’s been soo important for me as I’ve been able to start training v slowly 🐢 again after 4 months off injured. My body and mind are both soo happy! 🎉

Today we celebrated all that these 4 gorgeous MSWs (and all of our support workers) give to our patients Leeds Teaching Hospitals. They were lured there in secret, and then awarded prestigious prizes from the CMidO for England! Happy tears were shed!🌟Rebecca Musgrave LTHTWomens
