This #LondonGreenerNHSWeek, we're pleased to share our newest roll out of reusable tourniquets across our hospitals. Initially trialled in our cancer centre, these hygienically reusable tourniquets are expected to save around 6,000kg of carbon emissions per year! #oneteam

MLFU is one of the 1st wards to participate. Ward Sister Sheryl said, "The staff and doctors have been finding the new tourniquets easy to use, and there have not been any issues or negative feedback from the team. We have stopped ordering the single use items entirely now.
