Before and after of a major remodel of the main living area. Here is the living room now open to the kitchen. A bar area was created here to take that function out of the main kitchen area.

Main floor remodel included new furnishings. I suggested the opening in the wall between these two rooms to bring the natural light through and to provide an extended view to the lake.

This remodeled space opened up several rooms / spaces to each other. The flow and natural light is so much better.

This before and after shows how the former dining room was closed off from the kitchen. That whole wall was removed and the dining room was moved to an unused formal living room.
