Here's my suggestion: -$10k weekly maiden is now $40k monthly or $30k every 3 weeks - make it more exciting... -Keep 5% rake with all of it going to treasury -Keep the incentives for <250/500 and 401-480 horses -Kill 5% from paid rake, take from breeding -Lower breed fees

the thing is, these are NOT concepts, these are already on the track and racing, we can build a new or custom skin in a day and have them on the track 10 minutes after. this is the way
