3/17/2026 - First bullpen back, 60%, FB and CH only. Felt good, have to get my mechanics up to par. Lots of work ahead but progress takes time. I will be back soon. Travis Pant Lourdes Baseball

3/21/2026 - Second bullpen back, 60%, FB / CH only. Felt like my mechanics are coming back a bit. Still lots of work till I am 100% back. Got to keep taking it day by day. Travis Pant Lourdes Baseball

03/28/2026 - Back up to 100%. It felt great to get back to work. I need to be more athletic on the mound and trust my body again. I’m glad I am back to full intent, hopefully can see some batters soon! Travis Pant Lourdes Baseball

3/31/2026 - 60% FB-CH. Mechanics are feeling smoother, still need to work on lower half. Main focus was being more directional to the plate today, not rotational. Another 100% day this Saturday, working on my preparation this week is the focus. Travis Pant Lourdes Baseball
