Stacking layers of trivial drudgery is what makes some things appear more difficult than others. Intelligence, as a sort of mental hunger, reflects the number of layers you crave to put up with at a given moment, but it says nothing about the quality of the layers you desire.

Life is made magical if even one person believes in you. Imagine if large swathes of the global population believe in you, too. Through good will, collective well-wishing (of course counterbalanced by those hateful few) snowballs into even more. And celebrity is what follows.
