Day 2 of Battle of the Belts!!! We got our student body involved by creating a sign, to pledge that they would ALWAYS wear their seatbelts. #battleofthebelts2023 Newsome High School

We also did a couple other things for day 2 of Battle of the Belts. First we put up a sign so that all our drivers can read the important “Buckle Up” message. Second, we put up tombstones with messages about how important seatbelt safety is! #battleofthebelts2023 Newsome High School

Day 3 of Battle of the Belts!!! We showed off a crashed car while also reminding students to wear their seatbelts through some fun tickets!!! #battleofthebelts2023 Newsome High School

To kick off the week we put tickets with a reminder to “Buckle Up” on cars! We also put out signs stressing the importance of seatbelt use and telling everyone to Buckle Up! #battleofthebelts2024 Newsome High School

Day 2 we walked around with signs with facts encouraging students to wear their seatbelts and our students are now racing through Battle of the Belts week on the Rainbow Road! #battleofthebelts2024 Newsome High School

For day 4 we walked around all day wearing signs that displayed seatbelt facts. There were also Mario Kart characters with seatbelt facts attached to them hidden around school for students to find! We are racing through the end of the week!🏎️#battleofthebelts2024 Newsome High School
