We are grateful for every donation we receive. Tesco and Waitrose donations enable our volunteer cooks to create nutritious, home cooked meals three times each week for our clients, some of who this is their only hot meal.

We always require onions 🧅 to use in all our menus as food is cooked from fresh. Are you able to donate this vegetable to us as a one off or regularly? Dropped off: Tuesdays 2-4pm St John’s Church Newbury unit in Hambridge lane: Tuesday mornings Wednesday & Thursdays 9am-4pm.

We welcome two volunteers each week from the @Samaritans who will be at our session on Thursdays to sit and chat to our clients if they feel they need a little more support. With this amazing outreach we can support so many people sympathetically and appropriately.

Thursdays are when we all come together sit down, have a catch up and if time allows play a game of dominoes or two. Pop down and see us tonight, you will be welcomed with a warm smile and listening ear. See you all later 🙂
