What do you do between innings? Go through motions or work on something? Knee down set up & throw like in the video? Traditional set up & work on replace? Some C’s will even make throw to 3rd. I recommend you use extra rep to work on something you want to get better at.

Currently at the state tournament. Just watched a player (who has been emailing us for the past year) ground out and then walk into the dugout, rip her helmet off, and throw it. That’s a real quick way to get crossed off my recruiting list.
