#FixPriorAuth SBRT outright denied for a patient w/ inoperable stage 1 NSCLC without reason given. Ultimately we find out reason was date error on their end. No P2P option. No calls back. Multiple appeals faxed. Is a >90% control rate for a curable cancer not worth approving??
