Michael McConville Phil Brown William Hayes-Wood Not sure about this. IMO there was definitely a significant “unknown unknowns” factor at play here empowered by overconfident incompetence. In my view, the real issue isn’t why certain statements were made, but rather why the defence failed to properly challenge such blatant
