Baby girl is finally here! šŸŽ€ We both survived a number of scary complications including pre-eclampsia with ā€œsevere featuresā€, a stuck shoulder/with the umbilical cord wrapped around her neck 3 times, and a near hemorrhageā€¦ But we are alive and safe. God is good ā¤ļø
