I went on an observation shift with a RRV (Rapid Response Vehicle) yesterday. It was such an insightful experience for someone from Control. Special thanks to Greater Manchester Police officers for a great interaction at a challenging incident especially!

Last week, I accidentally said "over" at the end of a sentence when passing an update to Police Control. It was very much noticed by the call handler, and there was a very obvious awkward silence... Here I am at 0546hrs awake and remembering it 💀😅
