HB 1425, introduced by Rep. Mike Nathe, was signed into law by Governor Doug Burgum today. The bill ensures up to 20% of the Legacy Fund (currently close to $8.3 billion) is invested back into North Dakota, making good on the promise made 12 years ago when the Fund was created.
