Asasira Gilbert Uganda Police Force Allan Ssempebwa Kyobe, Chart. PR I am sure even a 50k-100k ticket would hurt esp after incurring a couple…..it would be punitive & deterrent enough for most to obey speed limits. This leaves greed as the only logical explanation for these exorbitant fines !!
