Evidence-Based Neo Struck in initial read of PlaNeT-2/MATISSE by time lag between differences in exposure (mostly trial day 1) & when you notice differences in death/bleeding (over a week out). Per Dr. Curley: adds to her suspicion that platelet-mediated harm is via inflammatory cascade. #neoEBM
