To be a loyal Southwest customer and have the worst experience to date is truly unsettling. While traveling to LAX my luggage was destroyed. Theres a wheel and personal items missing from my luggage. The gate agent wasn’t available to assist. Southwest Airlines

Okay Southwest Airlines is the absolute worst. Not only was my luggage to LAX damaged and items missing. My brand new luggage that I had to buy (they refused to compensate) was also damaged. The gate agent at CVG was not there and the ticket counter was closed. NOW WHAT?

Never flying Southwest Airlines ever again. This experience has been truly traumatic and the lack of care that baggage agents have with luggage is ridiculous.
