All #Nauticalloy bars small or large are individually straightened and checked no matter what the size, the small, each one is straightened and checked in house on our small straightening press #marine #duplex #propellers #stainless

As all our customers are aware all #Nauticalloy bars small and large are supplied fit for purpose, straightened in-house on our small press set up and our large press set up, which recently underwent a total refurbishment meaning many more straight #propeller shafts #duplex

When #precision grinding each #Nauticalloy #Marine #Propeller bar we dont only think of our customers needs! We also think about our highley skilled workforce. Investment to improve the working environment, above each grinding station is now fitted a new extraction unit.

Whilst fully observing all the social distancing guidlines we are still able to operate and currently grinding the longest/heaviest #Nauticalloy #Propeller shaft we have done, 210mm dia x 12mtrs long, its a big one, but all going well. #duplex, #marine, #sterngean

Its nealry here and we are going big! Our new grinding machine is going through its final inspection before we accept delivery next week, a nice Christmas Present! More to follow.
