Don't leave Halloween pumpkins to rot in your garden, or dump them in the countryside. Eating pumpkins can make hedgehogs, birds and other animals poorly. Instead, dispose of pumpkins in a covered compost bin or council food waste bin. More: bit.ly/4dVuR9U

At the end of busy week I’m reflecting on the highly partial coverage devoted by the media to different issues. Massive coverage this week on a farm demo, but a far larger demonstration on Nature in June got hardly anything. Both about land. Why might that be?

SHE DID IT AGAIN! Wisdom, the world’s oldest known wild bird, is back with a new partner and just laid yet another egg. At an approximate age of 74, the queen of seabirds returned to Midway Atoll National Wildlife Refuge last week and began interacting with a male.

A Raven was found shot near Agden Side Road, Bradfield, in the #PeakDistrict. Do you have any information that could help the Police in their investigation? It is believed the bird was shot between 24-25 August. Ravens are a protected species - to shoot one is a crime.

#TheTraitors #TraitorsUK There should be a financial penalty for every additional banishment beyond the round table. If you want to try and get everyone else out because of paranoia, selfishness and lack of team work it’s going to hurt you in the pocket!

#THEJURYC4 #thejury Where is the forensic evidence? Surely that would say where the stabbing took place (ie kitchen or not)? What did the police body cameras show (was she covered in blood?).Where’s the medical info? So much missing evidence and too much reliance on characters.
