Today is #WorldMigratoryBirdDay! Did you know that many songbirds migrate at night? Less developed (i.e. dark) places like S.C.’s ACE Basin are an oasis for nighttime travelers. The lack of light pollution helps them see celestial markers. 📷: Andy Reago and Chrissy McClarren
