One of our Clinicians left the agency today. She went for the money & a new experience. I feel blessed to be a support during her transition & securing the bag. I can’t wait to catch up with her in a few weeks!

I LOVE my agency & the work we do. But the program I supervise is 100% Medicaid clients. And our outpatient side is about 75-80% Medicaid. It’s a small agency. So I never side eye people that can have a professional transition to other roles that pay more.
