“Any act of enforced disappearance is an offence to human dignity. It is condemned as a denial of the purposes of the Charter of the United Nations and as a grave and flagrant violation of the human rights and fundamental freedoms proclaimed in the UDHR.”

NDP discourages Baloch women abductions & sees them as a direct threat on the national and international standards of life along with their illegality and excessive use of power and privilege. We ask for immediate release of the detained Baloch women, Central Spokesperson NDP

We, at NDP, are gravely concerned about Farzana & two siblings in Dalbandin including Rahima. This is a direct & grave human right violation where citizens are arrested, disappeared & never presented before a court of law to face trial–no matter under which laws and provisions.

We, NDP, observe change of the state policies of involving Baloch women into the heinous act of enforced disappearances–which we term illegal and against the state standards. It is a larger pattern of Baloch repression which will shape worse in time to come if not resisted.
