Deniz Durmusoglu @IbrahimAlabri3 and Daniel Haller have just developed a great suite of inducible promoters for probiotic S. boulardii! With them, we can turn recombinant genes on/off, see where Sb is active in the gut, and even alter Sb's colonization! doi.org/10.1021/acssyn…
