It's very generous of Google, after killing sites that rely on ad revenue, to offer an alternative platform where advertisers can spend billions of dollars to maintain visibility

I analysed the top-ranking sites for 1,000 health symptom keywords — many covering serious concerns.

The most prominent domain Google ranks is Mayoclinic.

The second most prominent is Quora, where it's easy to find spammed, copied or AI-generated medical advice.

Google might just Yahoo itself into obscurity with the “too big to fail” shit. Users do change services, especially when the experience turns into Las Vegas with all the ads.

Quora is useless at pretty much everything except one thing: making it seem like “it’s not just Reddit.”

If Google is targeting small independent publishers for “creating content for search” or “trying to manipulate search rankings,” then what are they going to do with big media sites doing the exact same thing?

Remember that when people critique site owners who are voicing their frustrations with the monopolist

I hope any site owners who follow me know that I think you should be spending 100% of your efforts pivoting your business models right now

But, in terms of business focus, I’ve long since moved on & so…

This is the problem with Google’s public disinformation campaign: many site owners relied on Google’s statements to their detriment

If those statements turn out to have been knowingly false, there should be consequences

Jarvis was illegally trained on bloggers content

Now they want to replace bloggers with Jarvis

And they want to gaslight you into thinking it was YOUR fault

Remember, Google says the HCU is

1) Real-time
2) Weighted

Either some sites should have at least partially recovered by now, or one of the above things was a lie
