Blockworks reporting SEC has asked prospective spot sol ETF issuers to submit amended S-1s w/in next week… One source estimated these updates could put sol ETFs on track for approval w/in 3-5 weeks. Said SEC also appears open to incl staking. via Jack Kubinec & Katherine Ross
