Not my best races, but placed 14th in both the men’s 17-19 200 and 400 at the Central District Qualifier #2, running a 23.3 and 55.3, as well as qualified for the AAU Regional Qualifier in the 200, 400, and 4x400 WTHS Track & Field #BATON

Nate Welch was selected as our 2025 Boys Track & Field MVP. Nate is a State Qualifier in the 4x2 and was ranked I. The top 8 in the Sectional all year for the 100m and 200m. He also anchored our 4x1. 4 events every meet and always dependable!! A fantastic young man! Well deserved
