Here is the diagram from my recent lecture: p63 vs p40 biology it TOTALLY fascinating.. and explains IHC findings really well: “p63”= family of several variants. Long form (TAp63) – not fully clear what it does & short form (deltaNp63) – actual oncogene & squamous/basal marker 3/
