I’m mixed & swam all my life as my Black mother couldn’t and didn’t want her kids to be the same. I now run an adult swim school where 90% of swimmers are Black women & I am director of a CIC that runs free lessons in W. London for kids & women. A few observations:

Jess Barnard Anneliese Dodds yesterday claimed that anti black racism was eradicated from the labour party under Starmer. I thought her statement was rather odd because I have never been asked about my experience of a lot of anti black racism in the Labour Party.
