Having spent the last week at my first Edinburgh TV Festival, I've been reflecting a lot on the idea of 'risk'. It's a word that was used in almost every panel I went to. Louis Theroux spoke about it. Meera Syal spoke about it. So many delegates spoke about it. I hate the word risk.
