Started by reading Richmond Times-Dispatch about congressional campaign spending & micro-targeting on social media ads, then discussion on where that intersects w/ CS, finished off w/ brainstorming code that would micro-target CodeRVA Regional HS #WeAreCodeRVA

Channeled my inner @AlexaMoser and Mrs. EYP with a Supreme Court simulation today. Oral arguments coming tomorrow! PS - if you’ve never listened to oral arguments of Hazelwood v. Kuhlmeier, it is a DOOZY. Thought provoking — while also laugh out loud funny at times 😂

Oral argument portion of the Supreme Court simulation today! Students did an EXCELLENT job today on all fronts. Highlights included a thoughtful line of questioning, logical arguments, a court reporter, and even a sketch artist. CodeRVA Regional HS

Been a while, Twitter! My 12th graders are starting on a Research Trail today. I’ve added a component where they leverage AI to help them find sources. Has anyone tried this out (Catherine Richards Bryan Doppel ??) … I’m excited to see how it goes!
