Emailed a complaint to the CEO of easyJet after the appalling way two members of staff treated us this morning at Bristol Airport. This came back: Message blocked Your message to [email protected] has been blocked. See technical details below for more information.

We have asked easyJet to provide us with the report that their staff wrote after refusing to allow us to board our flight from Bristol to Pisa on 31st May under Freedom of Information. We would like to see what has been written about us and decide where we go next with this.
