Confirming Qatar offer reject. Whether he said it or not, assume the same for India also for at least a few more years Non-Indian company setting up branch in India with 70-75% Indian money vs Tata-fab slowly catching up to 16/14nm, then sub-10nm - we can live with the latter🙂
