Adding: K C Ang is a quintessential fab guy (and his focus should really be on getting TEPL fab up and running). If its his idea to "lets a acquire a not-in-the-top-10 OSAT or foundry" I doubt how much that will fly with Chandra. Or perhaps this news is "cover" for a bigger plan
