Just talked to my psychiatrist and she is changing my meds hooray!!! I cannot wait to not feel like I wanna off myself because of literally nothing lol

I love reality checking myself by not taking my meds for a day and then realizing they are in fact helping me and going off of them is not smart lol

In my self sabotage era but I would like to not be anyone know a way out lol
