As we decarbonize and face changing weather and climate events, it's more important than ever to support competitive organized markets - see letter from bipartisan group of former FERC chairs/commissioners.

Critical lessons from the PJM capacity auction - we need to get this right. And there is time to do so. Reliability = Job #1

Tune in today if you can - E3 has been doing extensive, informative work on issues of functional markets and how they can assist in achieving clean energy goals. They discuss their latest paper today at 11:00 at what I'm calling a virtual brown bag (so have lunch ready to go!).

We appreciate and urge the Assembly to protect energy consumers and NOT pass this bill allowing NYPA to build renewables. The Senate decision will only hurt consumers. This deters over two decades of successful private investment and will not help us reach our goals any quicker.

Okay, it is complete and utter bologna that Business Class is at the END or the train. Part of the reason I pay is to get off and get a taxi in DC ahead of the hordes. And this train is ten cars long. I am furious, this is new, maybe flying is in my future. Amtrak

See Op-Ed by Todd Snitchler - important fundamental competition principles for moving forward with the needed energy expansion to meet our nation's goals reliably and putting ill-advised approaches in context.
